	Yanbian yellow cattle is one of Five Fine Breed of our country; with its large size, fast fattening, high-quality skin, high beef production rate and delicious beef taste, it has been listed as key protected and developed species by State Agriculture Ministry. In order to satisfy the market demand home and abroad, it plans to utilize unique regional advantage and rich resources advantage in Hunchun City, taking Hunchun City Jixing Livestock Co., Ltd as leading enterprise, building large-scale fatten cattle farm and large-scale beef processing factory, to bring along the construction of breeding base.

Construction Content & Production Scale:
	Construction Content：2 fattening cattle farms occupy 8 hectares, building area 17,604 square meters, annual fatten cattle output 10,000 heads. Beef processing factory occupy 5 hectares, building area 10,000 square meters, annual slaughtering capacity is 50,000 heads (daily slaughter 137 heads), annual production of cutting frozen beef 2,500 tons, dried beef 4,000 tons, beef floss 400 tons and edible gelatin 320 tons.

Market Analysis:
	At present, the self-supplying capacity of Hunchun City is very limited, annual market shortage reaches 2,300-2,400 tons; there need to purchase more than 9,000 heads of beef-cattle in order to meet the demand of Hunchun City. Moreover, the beef supply of Russia market near Hunchun City is also very tight, have great market potential.
