Preferential Policy         
The notice about the realization of preferential policy that the Ministry of Finance Country Tax affair Bureau promotes the northeast old industrial base enterprise income tax
1. To enhance the fixed asset depreciation rate: According to the proportion not higher than 40% to reduce the depreciation age limit.
2. To reduce the intangible asset amortization age limit: According to the proportion not higher than 40% to reduce the amortization age limit.
3. To enhance the standard deducted before counting the tax of the tax wages: the standard deducted before counting the tax of the tax wages is average 1,200 Yuan per person each month.
4. Above “the northeast area” is refers to LiaoningProvince (including Dalian), JilinProvince and HeilongjiangProvince.
5. The above policy gets up the execution from July 1, 2004.
